Tuesday Tours

November 30, 2015 by Rachel Bernhardt in Real Estate

One of my favorite days of the week is always Tuesday, the day my office and I go on Brokers Tour, better known as Tuesday Tour! Every Tuesday Realtor's with new homes put them open on Tuesdays for other agents to see new listings and get a chance to socialize and network with other agents. It is a great chance to look at homes you might not otherwise get to see, preview homes for a client, and spend time with the other agents in my office!

I love tour day, and always take pictures of my favorite home features. It is a great way to get inspiration for clients and my own future home! In this blog post I will be sharing some of my favorite homes/features I've seen lately, and may make this a regular post!

This condo in the Pearl District was absolutely amazing! It was two stories with perfect views, warm textures, and beautiful rooms that never seemed to end. This fireplace was covered with a matte glitter, which gave it a luxe yet sophisticated look.

One of the first things that I notice in a home is always the view. This home on the Alameda Ridge in NE Portland had fantastic views of Portland, and the fall colors just added to the view.

This home in NE had been recently remodeled, and they did a great job with the kitchen. The countertops were beautiful, but I especially loved the wood block insert that extended the counter into the sink.

Everyone needs a wine cellar, right? Although not a necessity, the wine cellar in this house in NW Portland gave me major wine goals!

Another incredible view, this time on the South Waterfront. This 17th floor condo was right off the river and had entire walls of windows overlooking the city.

I died over the ceiling beams in this SE Portland home. They were subtle but they definitely made a statement.
