One of the design trends that I'm happiest to see these days is stylish, well-applied wallpaper. While some might think of wallpaper as an unfortunate relic from the past, when done correctly it can make a powerful statement. I'm starting to see wallpaper more and more on tour, and I love the texture, color and pattern it can bring to a room.

If you are interested in decorating with wallpaper, I suggest starting with a smaller space, such as a powder room or laundry room. You can even use it in the back of cabinets for a fun pop of texture and pattern. When you are ready to go bold consider applying in the entry way, or as a statement wall in the bedroom.
