Portland Winter Light Festival

February 1-4 at OMSI. The Portland Winter Light Festival is a light-based art show taking place outside of OMSI along the river. Enjoy the art, live performances, interactive performances and more! The event is free and family friendly and runs from 6-11pm.

Chinese New Year Cultural Fair

February 1 at the Oregon Convention Center. The Chinese New Year Cultural Fair celebrates the Year of the Rooster with great food, exhibits, speakers and other events.

Wine & Chocolate Pairing

February 4-5 and 11-12 at Hip Chicks Do Wine. Everyone loves wine and everyone loves chocolate, but the two become even better when paired! Enjoy five delicious chocolate candies from Rose City Sweets with five fantastic Hip Chicks do Wine wines. This would make the perfect pre-valentines day event!

Portland International Film Festival

February 9-25 at various Portland locations. Check out some of the hottest new films in various categories at Portland's largest film festival. See as many as you can, or pick out your favorites from the lineup. The event runs almost all month, so there is plenty of time to attend!

Portland Jazz Festival

February 16-26 at various Portland locations. Celebrate the many unique styles of jazz all over Portland!

Toast: The Original Artisan Spirits Tasting

February 18 at Leftbank Annex. With over 120 different spirits from all over the world, this is not an event to miss. From whiskey and vodka to more unique spirits, this is a great opportunity to sample a variety of great drinks and discover some new distilleries. There will also be fantastic food from five of Portland's best chefs.

Zwicklemania

February 18 at various Portland breweries. I went to this event a few years ago and had one of my favorite beer tasting days ever! Enjoy tours at some of the breweries in town, free samples, and special releases. Most breweries in town are participating, so check out the event website and plan a great route!

Portland Spring Home & Garden Show

February 23-26 at the Portland Expo Center. You know I love a good home and garden show and I will definitely be attending this one in February. The show offers great displays to serve as inspiration and to scope out the best trends for Spring 2017. There are also local vendors on hand to help you bring your projects to life!
