I haven't been to the Oregon Zoo in forever, so I was so so excited to check out Zoo Lights last week. Not only are the lights beautiful, but it is fun to get bundled up with a mug of hot chocolate and explore the zoo in the evening.

The light display did not disappoint this year, with amazing animated lights, tons of animals, and even a display on the dangers of global warming! The light tunnel was so cool (perfect for photos) and the zoo did a good job of keeping us on the designated path. We got to see the elephants and tigers, but unfortunately not many other animals were out. We did hear that if you find all 6 hearts hidden inside the light display and tell a zoo employee at the end where you saw them you can win a prize! We couldn't remember where we saw them all, but it is definitely worth a try!
