Inspiration: Timeless Kitchens
Remodeling a kitchen is a huge but rewarding task - at the end of all of the hard work, design decisions and construction you get a gorgeous new kitchen! However, unless you want to re-do the work every few years (and could afford it!!), picking timeless, classic elements is key to making your kitchen look beautiful even after trends change.
In my opinion, there are a few things to consider when designing a timeless kitchen. First, keep the color palate neutral. While I love bold cabinetry, color trends change quickly and in a few years your chic forest green cabinets can easily look dated. Next, go for soft, light colors, especially on the countertops. Soft white, creams and soft grays will always be in style! Stick with classic materials as well, such as marble. Wood is also always a great touch! Finally, avoid any overly trendy design decisions such as loud colors, new materials or textures (hello high gloss!) and use these beautiful kitchens for inspiration!
