Portland is famous for their food carts, so last weekend we checked out some options at the Mississippi Marketplace in North Portland, after enjoying a beer at Prost next door. (Pro tip for Prost- get the boot and share with friends!)

We went to Koi Fusion, Small Pharaoh and the Midwest Pizza Co, and all loved our food. I'm generally a fan of sharing with friends, but being a vegetarian can make that a little difficult, so I was only able to try the vegan Chicago dog. My friends food really did look delicious though!
