Back in 2018 I took a class at Anthropologie about tablescaping. We learned about how to set a gorgeous table for any event, tips on decor, and other fun advice for hosting a fantastic get together. You can read a full blog post on the topic here!

One tip that I have always remembered is to have a standard set of plates that you use on a regular basis, and at least one set of fun, colorful or unique plates to really make your table pop. I love the idea of having some more interesting dinnerware for hosting, or just to create a special evening at home. It has been 7 years since I got that tip and I am ashamed to admit that I still only have a standard white set of dinnerware with no fun additions! I’m hoping to change that in 2025 - here are some pieces I am eyeing!
