As a younger woman in real estate, one of my favorite things to do is help my peers and fellow first time homebuyers. It wasn't all that long ago that I didn't know the first thing about buying a home. How much money do I need for a down payment, what are closing costs, should I buy a detached home or a condo... there are so many variables and things you need to know!

I want to empower as many people as I can to become home owners, as I think it is a wonderful investment and a much better use of money than renting. Since I think education is so important, I'm hosting a Home Buying 101 Seminar with Mortgage Broker Saopon Cha of Cha Mortgage.
