Although these audits have been available for awhile, they are just now becoming mandatory. I've been wanting to go to Astoria for months and months as a day trip from either Portland or Manzanita. It is only about an hour from Manzanita, and about 1.5 hours drive from Portland. Astoria is located right off the coast on the Oregon side of the Columbia River and is the cutest little town full of historic shops, restaurants, breweries and sight-seeing.

Neighborhoods: Goose Hollow

The Goose Hollow neighborhood in Portland sits west of downtown and just south of Burnside street. The neighborhood is more residential than some of the other neighborhoods in Portland, but is certainly not lacking in attractions, restaurants and things to do. Goose Hollow is still very walkable, with downtown being only a few blocks down the hill and NW Portland being right over Burnside.
